Professional Trainer Certificate

A three-day intensive programme for existing or potential trainers

Course Objectives

To enable course delegates to:
• Set SMART training objectives
• Design appropriate training sessions
• Be aware of different learning styles
• Use different training methods
• Communicate more effectively with individuals and groups
• Evaluate and provide feedback

Course Structure

The first two days will address the syllabus through a variety of individual and group activities. Candidates will be assessed on the third day on their delivery of a brief training session (minimum 20 minutes), to other members of the course. Each course runs with a minimum of five candidates (maximum 8).
